The bright living and dining area opens up through panoramic windows, allowing you to enjoy breathtaking sunsets and stunning sea views directly from the comfort of the house.

Outside, the villa features expansive terrace with a barbecue area, perfect for preparing your favorite dishes and savoring special moments with loved ones in an inviting open-air atmosphere. The private 30 m² swimming pool with sea views creates the perfect place to cool off, relax, and enjoy the sun throughout the day.

On the lower level, the villa includes a private studio with its own bathroom, offering additional space and privacy. Parking is available for up to three cars.

The villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, with access to four bedrooms and two bathrooms. For groups of more than 8 guests, an additional bedroom and bathroom located on the pool level are available.
