We would like to inform you that construction work has started outside the complex since last week.  A small shopping center is being built in this area. Please be advised that noise may occur during the construction period, particularly during the designated working hours. The construction site does not affect the apartments or the complex itself. The work is taking place outside the complex, on the seaside, and is being carried out by a third party, therefore outside of our control.
