The property has been designed by a Spanish architect who has planned the house with three double bedrooms, four bathrooms, a spacious living room with an open plan kitchen and access to a solarium terrace. There is a basement floor where everyone can define their own use such as gym, games room, a cinema area, a storage or an additional studio and there is also a parking space above the basement. The house is planned on a plot of 119 m2 and the constructed area is 171 m2, of which 124 m2 are living one.

The completion of the construction is planned for one month from now, when the whole project with the complete construction documents and the certificate of occupancy will be ready in six months (approximately first part of 2024). The value of the finished house with all documentation is 350.000 euros.

It should also be mentioned that the municipality of Arico, and especially Abades, has undergone rapid development in recent times. Many large developers of the peninsula are building residential urbanisations there, which makes the area even more attractive, both for investment and residence. A region with beautiful sandy beaches, a wonderful underwater world, the protected area of the lighthouse of La Punta de Abona, and direct access to the motorway, which allows quick transit both to the capital, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, as well as to the south of the island, Los Cristianos or Adeje.
